Pinas Storyline
The storyline of our benighted land is a fake president. The people deserve a fake president if they cannot remove it. The fake president is seated by the military supposed to be protector of the people and the jueteng lord who taxes the poor to their last centavo for a promised jackpot. Both are accepted by the people as protecting them from the daily grind of poverty. Never mind the fleecing these two, who seem opposite of each other but common to the protection of their seated fake president, do to them. There are tokens of revolts but these are easily dashed-out by a rabid military policy of neutralization of commies who had long been legalized. So where and how does this storyline end? That's the saddest part, it seems it is endless. Pinoys seem to thrive on dangerous grounds and fantasy. They just say it's their destiny. It's written in the palms of their hands. What a people. Who's supposed to change? The ruling class who is in cloud nine of fantastic wealth, the apathetic poor who jump to their death or kill for a fee. Some sector just got to change. The religious? Money is a good agent of what is evil. Some brave people just got to stand up. Or else, the fake president and ilks alike will just gobble this country up and its people of great cowardice. That's the irony, the brave ones dies the cowards rules. The next great coward is on the line for a faked presidency. Meanwhile, the Mob calls the shots. Bangon na noypi.
