The following are unsolicited predicates to those would-be re-writers of the Charter;

• Decapitated limbs during the Xmas and new year holidays
• Asphyxiated children during Quiapo Fiesta procession
• Moonlighting actor and military comedians as politicians and vice-versa
• Turncoats
• Power-grab
• Military denial mode

Interested readers may add to the list to show concern for real change not just to extend power addiction of hallucinating greedy politicians and ilks. Hope to receive too many ideas that rewriting of the Constitution will take sometime up to 2011. Thanks in advance.
