Panic

The panic button has been set. It started ticking. Everyone in panic mode. It's the best time to consolidate. They've got the money. The arms. China and US. Most people in their pocket. And so that's what they think. They plan. The best laid plans are those made during a prolong exit time. While the enemy is dismantling, the one in power divide it more. When they are destroying themselves the perceived hardcore state enemy just wait by the side. Then they are unforgiving. So it's panic time. Where would they go that bullets can't track them? Only atop the tiger. The ride though rough is worth it. They'd rather die riding than sulking in some unknown serene corner. Panic betrays their made up postures. The facial contortions become evident, the eyes squint once too many, the nose blows harder, the lips like the Joker's who sees the Dark Knight. The laughter like those that come from hell. But you 'd be surprise they'd find the time to pray and play the benefactor of some worthy cause. They made sure people see it in print. That's the problem when it's panic time. One is lost who sipped the power potion one straw too many. Bangon na noypi saan na tayo pupulutin if they don't give back what have been stolen. If we just change them and do what they're doing now to us. Sadlak sa dusa. Will that be always our song? Even as they junket with smirks on their faces that is still also their song. No escape. That's why the panic button is whizzing in the head.

The Rub

There's no wound as deep as ours that the big joke has the chutzpah to rub it with salt bare-faced among nations. Our country cannot do it alone. IT is a funny thing. It lures the boldest, thick-skinned of them all to come out in the open. Porn is all over the net. Thieving and lying the siblings that go together are recorded in the net. Still the acts thrive on. As if, these are really condemnable acts but the actors tagging the global community heart plead not to condemn them. What gall, what brave souls we've got. Only the devil can act it like it is. IT is cruel but the jokes, the hypocrites, the tiger riders, do not mind at all. As long as the green bucks pour in and the people are cowed into submission, they would have their infamous names listed globally. There's no more shame. It's only the faces but we do not own those faces. It is the President's voice but it is not the President speaking. It's the bogus one. He, he. I mean, the evil one.

Crumbs

I came for Presidents and nearest kins. But my lord even dogs eat the crumbs falling from the master's table. Oh what great faith you have. You may partake of the feast I bring. Go your wish will come true. And so it came to pass that the crumbs were inserted in the annual budget. The catch is funding the same project but with a different name. To avoid suspicion. Has this thing going on for a long time? Only the big and happy guys know for sure. They forgot someone, St Paul is it?, passing up his pork. He may smell something fishy in the long run. He did. The fish have to find other ways out of the net. They would never commit seppuku. The big fish would never let them down. And so some fingerling started blabbering. He caught them by the mouth. Is St Paul speaking? Bangon na noypi. O enjoy na lang sa mga kababalaghan. Graft is aided by sophisticated technology like name changing. The name is legion.

Power Slip Showing

Secure power utility, secure political power. This must have been the working slogan in the twilight of a turbulent power ride. The riders refuse to see the dusk setting in. They want to light up the darkening sky by controlling the power sector. Declare Martial Law first is a lesson learned from the past. There's no need, the greedy minds coax. Everything in the military seems under control. Political savvy is what we're going to use. Assign a lapdog to the energy department, a bloodhound to chair the energy committee, the ex-lawyer of the lord to the energy regulatory board and start up the GOCC to gang-up on the the private power utility or better yet rob them blind out of the power firm. This would be messy and costly but we are survivors. And so the saga of the growling tiger ride continues surrounded by wolves in robes with vultures hovering for the kill. The lord meanwhile is having a ball. The weak in heart should adopt slowly a fetal position. The brave should start to act. The comedians shouldn't worry, the show goes on and on. Pinoys are slow to learn because the national animal before, the water buffalo survives and is now upgraded while the pinoy eagle the national bird after the maya has no place to wander and is now bred in cage. We're full of welts from the lashes of tyranny and we still prefer to wait. That's pinoy's wisdom. Bahala na si Bathala.

Supreme Court Supreme Lie

They uphold the lie 9 of them. What does it mean? The untouchables are in rampage. Time is short so let us unleash stinks. See what happens. That's what you get when an unschooled thief is changed by a bigger highly educated thief. All thieves are united. In robes, in suits, in undershirts. People's money unite them all. Not people's welfare. Mang Pandoy, 3 innocent poor kids, the thieves would parade charity then destroy all the props as the tongpats pour in. What a show. It won't stop. Not in 2010. Kundi ngayon kailan pa, kung hindi ikaw sino ang kikilos? Bangon na noypi.
